ADHAPER: Jurnal Hukum Acara Perdata provides direct open access to all of its content based on the principle that providing free research to the public supports broader global knowledge exchange. All content in this journal is accessible free of charge and without prior registration. The Open Access Policy is implemented as a means to support the promotion and dissemination of legal knowledge on the most extensive and comprehensive scale.
