Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Please read the submission guidelines carefully:

General Requirements:

Minimum standard requirements ADHAPER: Jurnal Hukum Acara Perdata:

  1. Written in English or Indonesian, in .doc or .docx format
  2. The length of the submitted manuscript must be between 4,000 and 8,000 words.
  3. Must use tools such as Zotero or Mendeley for reference management and formatting, and select the Chicago Manual of Style 17th Edition Full Note style.
  4. Ensure that your article is prepared using the ADHAPER Journal template.

 

Manuscript Structure:

Submitted manuscripts must be prepared and presented according to the following structure:

  1. The article title must describe the research objectives, methods/models, and goals without using acronyms or abbreviations.
  2. The abstract should be 150 to 250 words long, without quotations. Mention in the abstract the main objectives, research design, methodology, main results, findings, and conclusions.
  3. Section structure. Authors are advised to present their articles in the following sections: Introduction - Methods - Results and Discussion - Conclusions.
  4. A minimum of 15 references is required, with at least 80% of journal articles published within the last 7 years.
